This quilt is called "A Joyful Noise".
It was made as a fundraiser for the National Pastoral Musicians' Conference that is being held in St. Louis from July 14-18, 2014.
I wanted it to represent the musical aspect as well as the Christian aspect of what we do as people who lead the congregation in song. Most of the blocks in the quilt are traditional quilt blocks: Flying Geese, Friendship Star, Churn Dash, 16 Square and Sawtooth Star. The center five blocks are my own design.
